Handy and convenient to detect strayed needles in parts of clothes and in parts of clothes where there are no metallic buttons around. TY-30 is of a wide- spot range switchable for efficient detections.

● Wide range
High sensitivity despite its small size. Even small broken needles can be detected at close range. Efficient design makes it easy to read needles in relatively wide areas around sewing, such as sleeves, collars, and hems.

● Spot range
Testing in narrow, limited areas, avoiding clothing accessories such as metal buttons. Quickly confirm the location of remaining needles on the test object that have reacted with the conveyor needle detector. What's more, at close range, it responds more strongly to residual needles than conveyor needle detectors or "wide range'' devices.

● Easy operation
Just move it over the object you want to read. When a remaining needle is detected, it will notify you with a high-power loud alarm and a wide LED lamp. Although it has two meter reading/detection ranges, it is well-balanced, compact, lightweight, and has excellent operability.

Applications

● Partial detection of strayed needles, broken needles, iron fragments in sewing clothes.

● Iron-piece detection of strayed needles, nails in medical supplies and packages

● Detection to remove hair-pins from medical articles, and deadly weapons for safety.
