1. Introduce
We, Semiki Measuring Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “SEMIKI”), are committed to providing quality products and the best after-sales service to our customers. All equipment we import and distribute are warranted according to the manufacturer’s policy.
2. Warranty period
- Warranty period is the time when SEMIKI is responsible for receiving and resolving warranty for products provided by SEMIKI, stated on the warranty card and stamp.
- Products are warranted free of charge if they are still within the warranty period and meet the warranty conditions.
3. Valid warranty card and stamp
- Valid warranty card: The warranty card issued by SEMIKI and attached to the product has SEMIKI's seal, the warranty card must be in the correct form, not separate or patched. The production code on the warranty card must match the product code brought for warranty and must not show any signs of erasure or repair.
- Valid warranty stamp: Decals are pasted by SEMIKI on each product, not patched or showing signs of being repaired, peeled off, or re-pasted.
4. General warranty regulations
- SEMIKI applies a nationwide warranty policy: Customers who purchase products provided by SEMIKI at any SEMIKI branch/office will also have their warranty resolved at all official SEMIKI branches nationwide.
- Product warranty is to fix errors, technical problems caused by manufacturer's fault.
5. Warranty details
- Products with free warranty are products with a warranty period calculated from the date of delivery (the warranty period is stated on the warranty card and according to the regulations of each manufacturer for all technical problems).
- There is a warranty card and SEMIKI warranty stamp on the product.
- New products: Products supplied by SEMIKI must be eligible for warranty and damaged due to manufacturing defects. If SEMIKI's technicians inspect and cannot repair them, SEMIKI will exchange them for new products.
6. Cases not covered by warranty
- The product has exceeded the warranty period stated on the warranty card or the warranty card is lost.
- Warranty seal is torn, broken, overwritten or has information altered.
- The warranty card does not specify the serial number and date of purchase.
- The serial number on the product cannot be identified or is incorrect compared to the serial number written on the warranty card.
- Products damaged due to mechanical deformation, damage due to subjective human causes such as: dropping, breaking, impact, scratching, dents, moisture, rust, water leakage or caused by fire, natural disasters, electrical short circuit, explosion.
- Product shows signs of damage due to rodent or insect infestation.
- Product used not in accordance with the instruction manual, used at the wrong voltage.
- Users arbitrarily disassemble or repair machinery and equipment before bringing it in for warranty.
7. After-warranty service
Devices and products purchased at SEMIKI that are out of warranty or are not covered by warranty will be repaired or replaced by SEMIKI's warranty center at a preferential price or supported for genuine repair.
