o Agents have the right to enjoy discounts and special preferential policies as agreed by both parties.
2. Standards and obligations:
o Dealers must comply with SEMIKI's standards and policies, including requirements on product quality, price, warranty, and brand promotion.
o Agents need to implement sales promotion measures and promote product brands in a positive and professional manner.
3. Cooperation and support:
o SEMIKI Vietnam is committed to supporting agents in developing distribution channels and enhancing sales capabilities.
o We will provide marketing, advertising, and product training support to enhance agents' sales knowledge and skills.
4. Partners and information sharing:
o Both sides commit to coordinate and share necessary information related to markets, products, and customers to optimize business efficiency.
o Both the agent and SEMIKI Vietnam commit to keeping information confidential and not using that information for improper purposes.
5. Special policy:
o SEMIKI Vietnam can establish special policies or adjust discounts and incentives depending on the specific circumstances and business goals of the company.
o Agents also have the right to request adjustments or negotiate contract terms and conditions according to the agreement of both parties.
6. Termination of contract:
o SEMIKI Vietnam has the right to terminate the contract with the agent if it detects a violation of the terms of the contract or conduct inconsistent with the image and reputation of the company.
o Agents also have the right to terminate the contract if they are not satisfied with the contract conditions or cannot continue to cooperate with SEMIKI Vietnam.
