1.      Introduce

We, Semiki Measuring Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “SEMIKI”), are committed to providing high quality products and the best after-sales service to our customers. This return and refund policy is to ensure the rights of customers when purchasing products at SEMIKI.

2.      Scope of application

This return and refund policy applies to all customers who purchase SEMIKI products nationwide.

3.      Conditions for return of goods

3.1. General conditions

  • Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • Products must be intact and not damaged by external impact after purchase.
  • The product has full packaging, accessories, labels and has not been used.
  • Customers provide full purchase invoice and warranty card (if any).

3.2. Specific conditions

  • Product is defective due to manufacturer: SEMIKI accepts returns or refunds of 100%.
  • The product does not match the model or type ordered.: SEMIKI accepts returns or refunds of 100%.
  • Product damaged during shipping: SEMIKI accepts returns or refunds of 100%.

4.      Returns process

4.1. Step 1: Contact Customers contact SEMIKI customer service via phone number +84 28 22.533.522 or email info@semiki.com to notify about the return.

4.2. Step 2: Confirmation SEMIKI's customer service department will confirm the return request and guide the customer through the next steps.

4.3. Step 3: Send goods Customers send products to be returned to SEMIKI's address:

·         Address: No. 63 Ho Ba Kien, Ward 15, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

4.4. Step 4: Check After receiving the product, SEMIKI will check the product condition and proceed with the return or refund procedures within 7 working days.

5.      Refund Policy

5.1. Refund in cases

  • Product is defective due to manufacturer.
  • The product does not match the model or type ordered.
  • Product was damaged during shipping.

5.2. Refund method

  • Cash payment: Customers will receive cash directly at SEMIKI's office.
  • Payment by bank transfer: Customers will receive the money back via the bank account they provided within 7 working days.

5.3. Refund costs

  • SEMIKI will bear all refund costs in case of SEMIKI's fault.
  • If the customer wants to return the product due to a non-SEMIKI defect, the customer will be responsible for shipping and related costs (if any).

6.      Cases that are not eligible for return or refund

  • The product has expired for return.
  • Product damaged due to customer error.
  • The product no longer has complete packaging, accessories, or labels.
  • Customer does not provide full purchase invoice and warranty card (if any).

7.      Returns in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City

For customers in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, you can directly contact SEMIKI office to exchange/return goods. Time: from 8:00 to 17:30 from Monday to Friday, except Saturday from 8:00 to 12:00, except Sunday and holidays.

For customers in more remote areas or in the province, you can call SEMIKI in advance to inform the reason for exchange/return. After that, both parties agree and the customer proceeds to return the goods by express delivery to the SEMIKI office at the nearest address.

8.      Cases of return and return period:

Returns only if an error occurs during an uncompleted transaction

  • The delivered product does not match the customer's requirements: different in specifications, model and requirements that the customer ordered.
  • Defective delivery: product damaged during shipping.

9.      Requirements for product exchange/return

  • Products to be returned must be intact, show no signs of use, and have the original packaging and purchase invoice (except in cases where the product is defective or damaged during shipping).
  • Warranty stamps/cards, brand stamps, technical instructions and accompanying gifts (if any) must be complete and intact.
  • The product must not be dirty, scratched, broken, damaged, have a strange smell or show signs of having been washed or used.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Note: Returned products that do not meet the above conditions will be automatically returned to the registered address according to your order information.
