2. Purpose
Creating a difference in benefits and maximum support for customers when purchasing on SEMIKI's website system, we deliver free shipping nationwide for customers.
3. Scope of application
· Applicable objects: Customers who purchase products at SEMIKI with order value from 500,000 VND or more and product weight < 2kg.
· Applicable area: Nationwide.
· Time of application: From 01/01/2018.
4. Content
4.1. Shipping policy
- Free shipping nationwide for all products purchased by customers at SEMIKI.
- To implement this policy, customers need to complete payment of 100% of the order value.
4.2. Delivery time
- Within 24 hours: If the delivery location is ≤ 20 km from SEMIKI headquarters.
- Within 2-3 days: If the delivery location is within 50 km from SEMIKI's headquarters.
- Within 3-5 days: If the delivery location is within 100 km from SEMIKI's headquarters.
- Within 5-7 days: If the delivery location is within 200 km from SEMIKI's headquarters.
- Within 7-10 days: If the delivery location is 200 km or more from SEMIKI headquarters.
- Before shipping, the delivery department will contact you to confirm the specific delivery time and location.
- Delivery time: All days of the week.
4.3. Other conditions
- This program only applies to products purchased at SEMIKI's website systems.
- SEMIKI only delivers to the correct recipient that the Customer has registered when purchasing. During the delivery process, if there is an unclear change in the recipient, SEMIKI has the right to refuse delivery and request the Customer to receive the goods at SEMIKI's location.
- In some cases where the delivery address is unclear, located in an alley, or in dangerous places, mountainous areas, or difficult transportation, SEMIKI reserves the right to refuse to transport or deliver goods directly.
- In cases of force majeure, natural disasters, floods, bridge and ferry damage, etc., SEMIKI is not responsible for compensating for damages arising from late delivery or failure to transport goods to the location as agreed with the customer.
- In case SEMIKI has delivered the goods to the delivery location as agreed upon at the time of purchase, but for some reason the customer requests to return the goods, the customer must bear the shipping costs according to the company's prescribed price list.
- For heavy and bulky products that need to be transported upstairs without an elevator, we request the customer to assist in delivery.
- Road and bridge fees, village entrance fees or apartment parking fees are paid by the customer.
- Means of transportation (car, motorbike or other means of transport) are coordinated and decided by SEMIKI.
- On special days or holidays due to general traffic restrictions (road closures for some vehicles...), delivery times may change, SEMIKI will call customers to agree on delivery times.
