Sigma Electronics was established in 1985 in Japan, is a manufacturer of precision measuring equipment such as measuring equipment related to balance measurement, shaft measuring machine.
In 1985, Sigma Electronics equipped our Field Balancing Machine with microprocessors, leading the way in the related field. We have been dedicated to providing high quality and reliable Field Balancing Machines to many customers as a pioneer in the balancing field.
In 1988, we developed the original technology for Balance Measurement using Multi-variable quantity analysis method. This technology changed the entire industry as an innovative Balance Meter because it can measure at a wide range of speeds (60 to 400,000 min-1) with high accuracy.
Furthermore, in 2002, we developed the SB-7700R, which can control harmful 3D(X,Y,Z) vibrations occurring at all rotation speeds of operation. This was a remarkable achievement for the first time in the industry and was a major factor in our selection as one of the “300 Small and Medium Enterprises Active in Manufacturing” by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
