CKK Cure Coat QP Series

We customize products in collaboration with customers.

While retaining a rich lineup of products, we have a system to customize products in collaboration with the customer in order to stay current with the rapid progress in the industry. We provide preliminary testing with our own molding machine to reassure customers before doing tests and evaluations at their sites. By doing this, we have satisfied the needs of customers to improve yields without changing or modifying the materials and molds.

Our new release agents reflect the requirements of customers.

Chukyo Kasei Kogyo has been an innovator in developing technologies for release agents. As we grew, the company became recognized as a manufacturer with one of the highest rates of success in solving customer problems. We listen to the opinions of the people working on-site; respect the customer’s production, quality assurance, and manufacturing technologies; and liaise with the molding and raw material procurement divisions in order to supply the market with release agents that boost yields.

QP series (for CFRP/mold coating)

Special hard film forming solvent-diluted release agent Effective for CFRP (EP PF, etc.) CFRTP (PEI PEEK PPS PA PC PP, etc.) Also compatible with GSMC and hand lay-up molding (UP VE).

Applications: Special coating agents, sealants, room temperature curing release agents

RM series (for general rubber)

Silicone-based solvent-diluted release agent. Excellent effect on elastomers such as EPDM, CR, IIR, NR, etc. Also compatible with other thermosetting resins such as EP PF.

Applications: Peroxide vulcanized rubber, general-purpose rubber, thermoplastic elastomer, TPU, PVC, CFRP, CFRTP, general thermosetting resins, thermoplastic resins, some thermoplastic resins
