Ứng dụng: Thích hợp cho dây chuyền lắp ráp các bộ phận quan trọng và sản xuất hàng loạt.
Kiểu khối. Tay cầm bằng nhựa. Có thể vận hành mô-men xoắn cài đặt bằng chìa khóa lục giác đi kèm để tránh thay đổi mô-men xoắn do nhầm lẫn của con người. Thích hợp cho sản xuất hàng loạt với mục đích đơn lẻ có vạch chia. Âm thanh “Click” rõ ràng báo hiệu quá trình siết chặt hoàn tất khi đạt đến mô-men xoắn cài đặt. Đầu cờ lê có 24 răng với phạm vi hoạt động 15 độ, cho phép sử dụng trong điều kiện làm việc hạn chế về không gian. Dòng PQL tuân thủ ISO 6789:2017 bắt đầu từ tháng 1 năm 2022. PQL Pre-Lock Click Type Torque Wrench

Pre-Lock Adjustable Torque Wrench.
The torque setting is changed by using a standard hex key to adjust the setting on the scale.
- This creates a more secure torque setting, in comparison to QL types which have a large knob that can easily change the torque setting.
Suitable for mass production as single-purpose with graduation.
Accuracy +/- 3% of indicated value
A clear “Click” sound signals tightening completion upon reaching the set torque.
The ratchet head has 24 teeth with a 15-degree operating range, allowing for use in space-limited working conditions.
Applicable for international use including the EU region. Compliant with calibration procedures of ISO 6789 Type II Class A.
