A&D FJ-BT series Bluetooth electronic hanging scale with large load capacity 500kg/1500kg/3000kg is a specialized weighing device designed to lift and weigh heavy objects in various industrial environments. The scale body is dustproof and waterproof according to IP65 standard, so it can be used even in harsh environments. Impact detection (ISD) displays the impact level on the weighing sensor. These scales are equipped with a strong hook or mounting mechanism that allows them to be hung from cranes, winches, overhead beams or other lifting equipment.

Crane scales are specialized weighing devices designed for lifting and weighing heavy loads in various industrial settings. These scales are equipped with a sturdy hook or attachment mechanism that allows them to be suspended from cranes, hoists, overhead beams or other lifting equipment. Their primary function is to accurately measure the weight of the suspended load during lifting operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with weight regulations. Digital crane scales are built to withstand the rigors of industrial environments and a high degree of accuracy to provide precise weight measurements.

The crane scale body is dustproof and waterproof with IP65 rating, soit can be used even in harsh environments.

・Includes a wireless “external display” that allows you to check the weighing value at hand.
Maximum communication distance: Approximately 40m (depending on the usage environment)
. Uses a white backlight LCD that is easy to see even in dark places.
“Display lock function” that fixes and displays the weighing value, making it easier to read the weighing value.
“Logging function” that stores the display value fixed by the display lock function (up to 100 values can be stored in memory).
・Impact Shock Detection (ISD) displays the level of impact applied to the weighing sensor.
When a shock is detected in the sensor at a level that could damage the crane scale, a warning message is displayed.
“Remote power on function” that allows you to turn on the crane scale display remotely

Power on zero/power on tare function

If the power is turned on with a weighing object hanging, the display will automatically return to zero.

■Power-on zero range: If the suspended mass is less than 50% of the weighing capacity, it will automatically display zero and can be weighed from zero to the weighing value.
[Example] For FJ-0.5T-BT with a weighing capacity of 500 kg: If the mass suspended is less than 50% (250 kg) of the weighing capacity when the power is turned on, it will display zero and can be weighed up to the weighing capacity of 500 kg.

■ Power-on tare range: When the suspended mass is 50% or more of the weighing capacity, it automatically displays zero and the remaining mass can be weighed after subtracting the suspended mass.
[Example] In the case of an FJ-0.5T-BT with a weighing capacity of 500 kg: When the power is turned on, if the suspended mass is 320 kg, exceeds 50% (250 kg) of the weighing capacity, the remaining 180 kg can be weighed after subtracting the suspended mass.

Auto Power Off

If the unit is not used for a certain period of time (no key operation), the power will automatically turn off (you can choose after 5, 10, 15, 30, 60 minutes or no auto power off function).
