Digital rubber hardness tester DD5-A type
Type A durometer for general rubber (medium hardness).
It has been widely adopted in domestic and international standards such as JIS K 6253-3, JIS K 7215, ISO 48-4, and ASTM D 2240, and is the mainstream method for measuring the hardness of various rubber products.
Hardness data can be output externally using the peak hold and timer hold functions.
Furthermore, by combining it with the motor-driven constant pressure load device CLE-150 series, more precise and highly reproducible hardness measurements can be achieved.
The shape of the indenter is a truncated cone with a height of 2.50 mm.
The minimum reading is 0.1 points.
The peak hold function makes it easy to read the maximum value, and is particularly useful for accurately measuring the hardness of samples where stress relaxation occurs (the reading drops immediately after pressure is applied).
The timer hold function allows you to hold the measured value for any time between 1 and 15 seconds.
Peak hold value and timer hold value can be obtained simultaneously with one measurement.
Communication with external devices such as PCs is possible by connecting via USB or RS-232C. *Selectable
