Force and mechanical measuring equipment
The ATAGO PAL-SALT probe (Cat. No. 4222) features convenient operation by immersing the probe in liquid to measure salt content in just 3 seconds. The probe can be inserted directly into semi-solid foods. However, measurements at different locations may be inconsistent and such direct measurements may differ from measurements using the dilution method.
・The electrode pin has been lengthened from 5mm to 10mm for easier measurement.
・The display now has a backlight for easier reading
The PAL-SALT PROBE (Cat.No. 4222) features convenient operation of submerging the probe in a liquid for measuring the salt content in as fast as 3 seconds.
The probe may be inserted directly into semi-solid food. However, measurements at different locations may be inconsistent, and such direct measurements may vary from measurements by dilution methods.
