Developed to be a cost effective solution for swimming pools and maintenance companies to maintain constant pH, BL100 pH metering pump combination controller is a system designed to maintain the pH of swimming pools and spas. Simply insert the electrode and relief valve into the pipeline with the circulation pump and deliver the chemical to be dosed.

There are 3 options:

The BL100 is a system designed to maintain the pH of swimming pools and spas. Typically chlorine, whether liquid or solid, is alkaline and will increase the pH of the water it is added to. As the pH increases above pH 7.4, a form of chlorine known as hypochlorite ion (OCl,) is created. This form of chlorine is 100 times less effective at killing bacteria than another form of chlorine known as hypochlorous acid (HOCl). For this reason, it is important to maintain the correct pH level to ensure that the more powerful form of hypochlorous acid is available for disinfection. The BL100 was developed to be a cost effective solution for consumers to maintain the ideal pH at all times. Simply mount the probe and injection valve in line with the circulation pump and supply the required chemical.
Peristaltic DOSING PUMP
The internal peristaltic pump uses a stepper motor without any gears or brushes providing long life and requiring less maintenance.
PROPORTIONAL AUTOMATIC PUMP CONTROL
Peristaltic metering pumps can have simple on/off control or more advanced proportional control prevent overdosing.
PUMP FLOW CONTROL
Pump flow is adjustable from 0.5 to 3.5L/h, allowing greater control in maintaining the desired set point.
An option to connect an acid level or flow sensor. This input can be used to disable the metering pump when there is no chemical left in the tank or there is no flow due to the pump being turned off.
MULTI-COLOR LCD SCREEN
Easily and quickly view and monitor control status for the pool.
The background screen will display green during normal operation and red during alarm status.
QUICK CONNECT INPUT
Quick Connect DIN connector with waterproof seal minimizes electromagnetic interference problems from electrical connections in wet environments cause .
POOL pH / TEMPERATURE PROBE
The BL100 uses the HI10053 amplified probe which combines both pH and temperature sensors and connects to the controller with a single waterproof Quick Connect DIN connector.

– Fits 1/2″ thread for installation in T-shaped or flow pipes.
– 0 mV value for pH 4 (not at pH 7) for early alarm detection.
