In-Pool pH/ORP Controller with Pump (Hanna Cloud)

Designed to maintain pH and disinfectant levels in swimming pools, hot tubs and spas.

Enables remote connection and access to devices via the Hanna Cloud web application.

Integrated dosing pump.

Integrated data logging (datalogger).

There are 2 optional configurations:

– BL122-10: in-line

– BL122-20: in flow (flow-cell)

Peristaltic DOSING PUMP

Equipped with two peristaltic metering pumps with proportionally controlled replaceable chemical resistance tubes with adjustable flow rates.

PROPORTIONAL AUTOMATIC PUMP CONTROL

Adjust the rate range based on your process's sensitivity to chemical addition, perfecting the amount of time the pump is dosing.

PUMP FLOW CONTROL

Pump flow is adjustable from 0.5 to 3.5L/h, allowing greater control in maintaining the desired set point.

CONNECT

Transfer data to a PC using a flash drive and USB port, or connect via Ethernet Port to Hanna Cloud.

HOLD INPUT

Connect a flow switch so that when there is no flow or no power is supplied to the circulation pump, the holding circuit will disable the metering pumps to prevent any metering when there is no movement of water in the system.

ALARM SYSTEM

Set low and high alarm levels for all parameters. When the alarm is triggered, all doses will stop to avoid overdose.

AUTOMATIC DATA RECORDING

Data will be automatically recorded every 10 seconds. Data logged includes pH, ORP and temperature values, final calibration data, setup configuration and any event data.

GLP

GLP stores pH/ORP calibration information including date and time for pH/ORP sensors.

TRACK EVERYTHING ANYTIME WITH HANNA CLOUD CONNECTION

Hanna Cloud is a web-based application that connects to measuring devices such as the BL122 and BL123. Measurements and data storage are accessible from your PC, tablet or phone. Measurements, trends, history, device settings, alarms and messages are transmitted to your Control Display, when the device “Dashboard” Measure and control your process.

Measure & Graph

Measurement, alarm, hold and pump status can be easily viewed. Use the chart to see trends over the past 12 hours or change the time period. Log history can be transferred as PDF or .CSV.

Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)

Good laboratory practice (GLP) refers to the quality control function used to ensure uniformity of probe calibration and measurements. GLP data is available to increase traceability.

Select the notifications you want to receive. Multiple secondary users can also be added to your device account to monitor measurements and receive emails or pop-up messages from your processing device.
