SULFATE IN CLEAN WATER
Sulfate is naturally present in water at various concentrations. Sulfate concentrations need to be strictly controlled in drinking water, especially as they can be high near the point of drainage. Sulfate is also closely monitored in the production of beverages such as beer, due to its effect on taste and odour.
