2-point pH Controller – 4 - 20mA analog output

The HI8711 is a wall-mounted pH controller ideal for monitoring pH control processes in a variety of industrial applications. Designed for quick and easy installation, the HI8711 is equipped with a large, front-panel membrane keypad and self-diagnostics. Additionally, output configurations can be selected for connection to a recorder or PLC, between 0-20 or 4-20 mA.

The HI 8711 allows for two setpoint selection with two independent outputs for acid and alkali dosing.

The meter provides a direct input to a pH or ORP electrode or from a transmitter via a 4-20 mA input. It also provides a ±5V power input and input terminals for amplified electrodes. Additionally, the output configuration can be selected to connect a recorder or a PLC, between 0-20 or 4-20 mA.

The HI 8711 incorporates an adjustable pump overtime protection mode from 5 to 60 minutes. If the pump exceeds the selected time, an alarm will be triggered and the dosing contact will be turned off. This feature can be enabled or disabled.
