WASHING is the most important step in the pH measurement process and because the pH electrode is cleaned by stirring to dissolve dirt in water, do not scrub to scratch the measurement sensor bulb and then use a paper towel to absorb excess water ( no cleaning) Therefore, the soil pH meter is provided with a specialized cleaning solution to easily dissolve organic substances in the soil that stick to the electrode.
