IMADA MH2-500N and MH2-2500N horizontal electronic force measuring stand
The MH2 series horizontal electronic force measuring stand is a standard type capable of withstanding forces from 500N to 2500N. This is a functional but user-friendly model that is easy to operate. The horizontal design allows force to be applied horizontally. Its rugged design provides solutions for complex testing.

Horizontal Motorized Test Stand MH2 series is standard type with 500N to 2500N capacity. It is functional yet user-friendly model with easy operation. The horizontal design allows applying force horizontally. Its rugged design provides solutions for complex testing.
MH2 features unique jog movement control, for precise increment testing. In jog mode, each click of the program dial moves the cross head approx. 0.015mm for MH2-110 and 0.05mm for MH2-550 (standard speed, under no load).
In cycle mode, automated tests are easy to set up. Press the unique program dial and turn, to make selections from the menu screens and set mode, speed, test duration, units and cycles. Set start and return speeds independently.
Force controlled non-destructive tests are also easy to setup and program. Connect an Imada ZT Series force gauge to the MH2 test stand to enable the following force controlled tests and Conditional Overload Prevention.
Force control keeps applied force between high and low setpoints on the ZT Series force gauge for the preset duration.
When applied force reaches the low set point on the ZT Series force gauge, the test stand slows to measuring speed and stops when applied force reaches the high set point on the ZT series gauge.
[Control Functions]
– Overload sensor failure prevention: Prevents the sensor from malfunction due to overloading. (Does not guarantee complete protection against overloading.)
– Force control: Sets an applying or stopping force value.
– Measuring speed setting: Enables automatic speed change at a point of contact by set force value. – Automatic measurement: Automatically performs zero reset of force gauge and software recording
