Temperature probe 0628 7503 with aluminium sensor sleeve for measuring liquids, pastes and air.
The 0628 7503 temperature probe with a sensor in an aluminium tube and a flat tip is suitable for measuring liquids and pastes, as well as air temperature. The NTC sensor provides temperature measurements with an accuracy of up to ±0.2 °C. For long-term measurements, you can fix the temperature probe at the measuring position with a clamp. The temperature probe is waterproof according to IP65. Therefore, you can use it for outdoor measurements with complete peace of mind.
Response time 12 seconds when the probe is used in liquid at +60 °C. This t99 response time will be longer when measurements are made in paste or air. For air temperature measurements, the response time will be about 40 – 60 times longer than for measurements in water. If you need a temperature probe with a high t90 to measure air temperature, this probe is particularly suitable. For example, if you plan to use the 0628 7503 probe to measure the air temperature in a refrigerator, the rapid opening of the refrigerator door will not affect the temperature fluctuation (of the probe) due to the short-term influx of room temperature.
Note: If you need an air temperature probe with fast response time, choose the 0602 0493 temperature probe (wide measuring range).
