The Testo 0603 2492 penetration probe (with corresponding meter) allows quick and accurate measurement of the core temperature of foods.
Testo 0603 2492 penetration probe (TC type T) is often used to measure the core temperature of products and goods. When combined with a corresponding meter (e.g. testo 926, testo 735), the measuring head ensures compliance with EN 13485 and HACCP, making it particularly suitable for use in the food sector. The special handle design makes it easy to use when measuring the core temperature of semi-solid foods.
