The 0613 3211 temperature probe (with compatible measuring tool) allows you to measure the core temperature in frozen foods easily and accurately.
The testo 0613 3211 probe (NTC sensor) is used to measure the core temperature of frozen foods. Thanks to its drill-shaped probe, it can be easily screwed directly into the frozen food without any pre-drilling. The 0613 3211 temperature probe is guaranteed to comply with EN 13485 and HACCP. It can only be used in connection with a compatible measuring device (e.g. testo 110). The probe is also equipped with a handle that is heat-resistant up to +70 °C.
