Force and mechanical measuring equipment
For many titrations, we have difficulty determining the potential of the equivalence point. In these cases, the recommended solution is to use an optical detector to determine the end point during volumetric titration. Hanna Instruments introduces the HI900601 photoelectrode, which is the most optimal solution even for colored reaction solutions.

WIDE SPECTRAL RANGE
Optical probe line HI90060X There are 4 different wavelengths from 470 nm to 625 nm. This line of optical detectors uses the principle of absorption at a specific wavelength to determine the equivalence point of a titration with the use of a color indicator.
SPECIAL DESIGN
With a glass structure, it helps minimize chemical compatibility issues. The probe is protected by a stainless steel cover with glass that blocks ambient light and protects the probe from any damage caused by ground currents.
SUITABLE DESIGN
With a diameter of 12 mm and a standard length of 120 mm, these photoelectrodes easily fit into electrode holders. These probes feature a universal BNC connection used as the potentiometric input on Hanna titrators and autosamplers.
IDEAL FOR COLORIFICATION REACTIONS
The use of an optical detector for potentiometric titration can be applied to many types of complex titrations. The optical detector is also ideal for non-aqueous titrations.
