HI7041 là dung dịch điện phân dùng cho các đầu dò oxy hòa tan polarographic. Công nghệ cảm biến Polarographic được dựa trên các phương pháp đo polarographic Ross và Clark. Một đầu dò oxy bao gồm một điện cực bạch kim và một điện cực bạc rắn. HI7041 là dung dịch Potassium Chloride châm điện cực qua màng PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene). Với công nghệ polarographic, một điện áp bên ngoài được áp dụng cho các cathode bạch kim, anode bạc, dung dịch điện phân và khí – màng thẩm thấu tỷ lệ thuận với nồng độ oxy trong dung dịch.

Product's name	Electrolyte solution used to fill dissolved oxygen film for polarographic electrodes.
Specifications	– Chai nhựa 230mL. – Colorless solution: The solution does not contain any dyes that could yellow or contaminate the electrode components.
Using	1. Rinse the HI76407A/P measuring membrane cover with a little HI7041 electrolyte solution, gently shaking while rinsing. 2. Place the O-ring in the correct position on the inside of the membrane cover. 3. Fill the HI7041 bottle with new electrolyte solution. 4. Use your finger to gently tap the edge of the membrane cap to ensure there are no trapped air bubbles. Do not tap the membrane directly from the bottom up to avoid damaging the membrane. 5. With the sensor tip facing down, screw the membrane cap onto the probe clockwise. A few drops of electrolyte solution will spill out to be exact.
Methods of preservation	– BStore membrane caps at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. – Do not reuse the old membrane cap after inserting it into the electrode. – Always use new HI7041 electrolyte solution. – When not in use and during polarization, remove the membrane cap and discard the old electrolyte solution inside, then dry the probe and cover the probe with the red and black transport cap originally supplied.. THE ELECTRODE WILL OXIDATE AND BE COMPLETELY DAMAGED IF THE ELECTROLYTE SOLUTION IS LEFT UNUSED FOR TOO LONG TIME. – After use, cover and store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight – DO NOT dilute or add any chemicals to the solution. – Always use fresh solution for each use. – ABSOLUTELY do not pour used solution back into the bottle. – DO NOT use expired products.
