Force and mechanical measuring equipment
Fujifilm's Prescale pressure measurement film from Pressure Metrics lets you Picture The Pressure® with stunning images of surface pressure and pressure distribution. Low film operates from 355 to 1,420 psi (2.5 to 10 MPa). Images can be visually analyzed using a color correlation chart, which is always included at no additional charge. For higher precision and surface mapping applications, Prescale is compatible with the cost-effective Fujifilm FPD-8010E system. We are happy to offer one free digital image analysis with each purchase: simply send us your exposed film and we will digitize, analyze, and email the analysis back to you, usually within a few days. Here's how Pressure Metrics can help you Picture The Pressure

Prescale comprises two films: an A film and a C film. The A film is a base material (PEN base) coated with a color-forming agent (microcapsules). The C film is a base material (PEN base) coated with a color-developing agent. The film is used by placing the sides coated with chemical agents in contact with each other.
The microcapsules in the color-forming layer are broken by pressure, and the colorless dye is absorbed into the color-developing layer. This causes a chemical reaction, which produces a red color.
The pressure value can be confirmed visually by referring to a standard chart.
Maintenance and calibration :
► We also have calibration certificate attached ( optional )
