●Live instruction
It can be easily set by pressing the button. The setting time and effort will be greatly saved by directly screwing multiple screws into the workpiece and allowing the driver to automatically learn the number of motor rotation pulses (the setting value is +10% maximum count and -10% minimum count) from the start to the completion of screwing.
●Pulse system
By counting the number of motor pulses, the system accurately judges screwing errors such as screw type mismatch, floating screws, cam out slots, stripped screw holes, and cross-threaded screws.
●Screw counter
Displays the number of screws remaining to be tightened one screw at a time

●Direct Teaching
Setting can be easily done by pressing a button. Time and effort for setting will be significantly saved by directly fastening several screws into the work pieces and allowing the driver to automatically learn the number of rotating pulses of the motor (the setting value is +10% of the maximum count and -10% of the minimum count) from the start to the completion of screw fastening.
●Pulse System
By counting the number of rotating pulses of the motor, the system judges exactly screw fastening errors such as the mixing of a wrong type of screw, a floating screw, a Cam out recess, a stripped screw hole and a cross threaded screw.
●Screw Counter
It displays the remaining number of screws to fasten every time a screw is fastened.

The Brushless Driver must be operated together with a Power Supply.
Powering the Brushless Driver with the HIOS T-45BL and the T-70BL Power Supply will ensure operation of the driver at its full capacity.
