・ Real-time, high-precision detection of screw tightening errors by counting motor pulses.
・ Misplaced screws of different types or lengths, recessed screws, or raised screws due to cable jamming are now detected.
・ Direct teaching allows simple setup
・ The display shows the number of screws to be tightened.
・ The installed serial port (RS-232C) makes it possible to set up the driver by remote control and record the pulse values of each screw tightening for traceability．

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES: Power Supplies
The Brushless Driver must be operated together with a Power Supply.
Powering the Brushless Driver with the HIOS T-45BL and the T-70BL Power Supply will ensure operation of the driver at its full capacity.

Maintenance and calibration :
