IMV SmartVibro is a low-cost but highly functional vibration measurement system, compact in size and lightweight. The system can measure acceleration, velocity and displacement simultaneously. This is a Japanese measuring device but the price is very affordable. SEMIKI provides a full range of models and accompanying accessory options of the IMV SmartVibro line: VM-4424H/VM-3024H/VM-7024H

Just press one key and start measuring quickly, thus reducing operating time and avoiding incorrect measurements.

Measure PEAK, RMS and EQP

Easily switch modes on the screen according to the measurement scene. For example, you can select “peak” for the peak to peak value of the shock waveform, “rms” for the camera condition.

FFT analysis

To further investigate the cause of vibration, SmartVibro can perform frequency analysis according to minimum condition settings.

Save SD card data

Waveform data is saved to the MMC or compatible card

Pressing one button, you can simultaneously measure acceleration, velocity and displacement when you use the SmartVibro function to measure simultaneously. It can save operating time and avoid incorrect measurements. By switching the display, the VM4424H can confirm the acceleration envelope for the bearing condition to easily find small defects.
