Force and mechanical measuring equipment
KETT KH-70 Paper Moisture Tester (0-33%) .The KH-70 paper moisture meter is preloaded with calibration curve data for various types of paper, so by calling this data, you can easily measure the moisture content of various types of paper. You can also create your own calibration curve and customize it. The sensor is spring-shaped, ensuring good adhesion to the paper and stable measurement. It is small, light, and handy, which can be easily used on factory production lines and in testing rooms.
● Easy to operate.
When you press the sensor against the paper to be measured, the moisture content is displayed.
● Paper moisture can be measured non-destructively.
Sheets and rolls of paper can also be measured as they are.
● You can choose from four types of cardboard, two types of board paper, five types of general paper, and one user calibration curve.
The selection key allows you to call up standard pre-installed calibration curves for cardboard, kraft paper, etc.
● Average moisture content can be measured up to a depth of 50 mm.
For more accurate moisture measurement , the average moisture content is measured not only on the surface but also up to a depth of 50 mm. The paper to be measured should be stacked to a thickness of 50 mm or more. Stack the samples to a depth of at least 50 mm, and ensure that there is as little air as possible between the samples. If the samples cannot be stacked more than 50 mm thick, place them on a polystyrene foam underlay. However, even in this case, the sample must be at least 20mm thick, and the total thickness of the sample and the underlay must be at least 50mm.
