LABTRON LMF-C33 Ashing Furnace
The LMF-C33 ash furnace model is an efficient, precise and reliable microprocessor-controlled furnace with optimal thermal insulation properties and basic control options. Built to meet the minimum space requirements in the laboratory, the furnace is equipped with an instantaneous energy consumption indicator, a computer for average working temperature, a total working hour counter and a descriptive fault indicator. With heating elements, Fe-Cr-Al embedded in bricks, a double jacket for low external temperatures and thermocouples of type K and S, the furnace is perfect for a maximum and continuous working temperature of 1200 °C.
Used for applications such as:
Glass melting, Enamel coating, Ceramics, Soldering, Brazing, Rubber & Polymers. It is also used for metallurgical applications, for ash determination and in research centers and medical laboratories for determining the volatile & non-flammable ratio of samples.

Crafted for minimal space requirement in the laboratory, it is equipped with instantaneous energy consumption indicator, calculator for average working temperature, Total working hour counter and descriptive error indicator. With heating elements, Fe-Cr-Al embedded into bricks, dual shell housing for low outer temperature and K and S type thermocouple, it is perfect for maximum and continuous working temperature of 1200 °C.
It is used for applications such as:
Fusing glass, Creating enamel coatings, Ceramics, Soldering, Brazing, Rubbers & Polymers. It is also used for metallurgical applications, for ash content determination and in research centers and medical laboratories to determine the volatile & non-combustible proportion of the sample.
