HI510 Simultaneous pH, ORP, EC, DO Control Monitor

Control Mode

The machine has 3 control modes: On/Off, Proportional and PID, allowing users to flexibly choose the appropriate mode, ensuring the most accuracy and chemical savings. Besides, the machine is integrated with the HELP feature to assist users when setting parameters.

HOLD Feature.

This feature is especially useful when control needs to be stopped for system maintenance. At that time, the machine will transmit a 22 mA analog output signal to external devices as if in alarm mode.

Setting Up a Warning System.

The warning system will automatically be activated if the measurement value exceeds the allowable threshold or abnormal activity occurs. The LED will then flash red and the control relays will enter the disabled state until the alarm clears.

 

 

 

 

 

RELAY 

Built-in protection feature, separating high voltage and low voltage areas.

The machine has a maximum of 5 control relays and 1 electromechanical relay

– Each relay has a 5A protective fuse

– The bridges can be removed for easy wiring

– There are 2 types of relays: 2-contact relay and 3-contact relay

– Can set program relay on/off, Proportional, PID, cleaning, warning or HOLD

 

 

 

 

 

Analog and Digital output signals

– The machine has 4 Analog output signal ports to control or transmit data to data logger, PLC, SCADA and other control systems.

– Digital RS485 output signal can connect up to 32 devices, such as PC or other signal receiving devices.

Digital input signal

The machine is provided with 2 input signal ports to control the disable, clean or HOLD mode of the HI510.

Automatic Probe Cleaning Mode 

Operating environments with special characteristics such as high fat content, many microorganisms, coloring agents, etc., the probe will need to be cleaned more often. The cleaning feature will allow users to set up a probe cleaning program, helping the device always have accurate measurement results.

 

 

 

 

 

STORING MEASUREMENT RESULTS

Maximum storage of 100 lots, 1 lot can contain 8600 measurement results.

The measurement result retention time can be set from 10 seconds to 3 hours.

Measurement results include:

– Measurement time.

– ID of electrode and controller.

– Set up control and alarm relays.

– Calibration information. With pH, Offset and Slope values will be saved.
