ELECTRODE HOLDER AND STIRRING ARMS

 

SMARTER STIRRING ARMS

The removable paddle has built-in speed control for more consistent stirring.

ELECTRODE HOLDER AT THE REAR OF THE MACHINE

Contains more electrodes, is more sturdy, flexible, easy to disassemble and limits collision between electrodes.

– Accommodates up to 3 electrodes, 4 tubes and 1 temperature probe.

The angled stand and removable stirrer keep it out of the way when titrating small volumes.

Can be used for multiple electrodes of different sizes as needed by changing the electrode guide withoutThere is no need to move the electrodes around, align the tube best for titration with swivel stand.

With a more compact design, the electrode holder is attached directly to the titration body. Push-release button for simple height control and use of larger cups when needed.

 

 

 

DYNAMIC PUMP

The dynamic pumping feature helps users optimize titration time while still maintaining high accuracy, based on voltage changes to adjust the amount of reagent injected accordingly. When far from the end point, the machine will pump more reagent to shorten the time. When near the end point, the machine will pump less and less to ensure the accuracy of the process.

DETERMINING SIGNAL STABILITY (signal stability)

This feature will monitor and determine signal stability before proceeding with the next pump. This feature will ensure the measured results are always accurate throughout the titration process.

DETERMINING THE EQUIVALENCE POINT OF THE REACTION (equivalence endpoint)

Reaction equivalence point determination is a perfect feature for titrating reactions where the end point of the reaction is unknown, based on determining the largest mV signal increase during a single injection.

ADD REAGENT AUTOMATICALLY

A peristaltic pump can be programmed to dispense volumetric reagents before titration or direct measurement. This helps achieve consistent and accurate results and prevents operational errors such as incorrect volumes or forgotten reagent additions. Peristaltic pumps can also be used for post-analytical aspiration.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Determine 1 equivalent point

Phat Equivalence point performance is very important in applications where a fixed endpoint is not specified in standard methods. This endpoint indicates the point at which the mV value in the titration is maximum for the volume of titrant added.

Many types of titration

Depending on the type of connected electrode, the device can titrate acid-base, redox, complex, precipitate, anhydrous, etc.

SAFE DESIGN: TIn the event of a reagent leak, an external drain system protects the connections on the back of the meter and the internal prevents any liquid from reaching the internal electronics.

 

 

BURETTE AND PUMP

 

EASY TO REPLACE BURETTE

With the Clip-lock burette feature, it only takes a few seconds to replace a new burette into the pump, saving time and minimizing reagent contamination.

DIVERSE BURETTE SIZES

HI931 will be supplied with a 25mL burette

Additionally, the HI931 can use 5mL, 10mL, or 50mL burettes (purchased separately). Each burette consists of a glass cylinder and PTEF plastic plunger.

PIPE AND CYLINDER HAVE HIGH CHEMICAL DURABILITY

– The reagent distribution pipe system is made from flexible and highly chemically resistant material PTFE

– The cylinder is equipped with a polyurethane light cover to protect light-sensitive reagents.

HIGH PRECISION PUMP

Extremely high resolution 40,000-step piston pump capable of pumping reagent volumes as small as 0.125µL.

The pump has an additional option that can be combined with a peristaltic pump to pump more distilled water or chemicals into the sample cup.
