COMPACT DESIGN
COMPACT, MODERN DESIGN
More compact than the old design 50%.
MOST OF THE MACHINE'S PLASTIC IS MADE FROM CYCOLOY
Harder, more durable, more chemically resistant and less likely to stain than ABS.
THE PUMP REMAIN THE SAME 40,000 STEPS FROM THE HI90X, BUT WITH AN ADDED JOINT
Combined with a tighter burret, the motor is improved for quieter operation
ELECTRODE HOLDER AND STIRRING ARMS
SMARTER STIRRING ARMS
Built-in removable stirring paddle Speed control for more consistent stirring.
ELECTRODE HOLDER AT THE REAR OF THE MACHINE
Contains more electrodes, is more sturdy, flexible, easy to disassemble and limits collision between electrodes.
DYNAMIC PUMP
The dynamic pumping feature helps users optimize titration time while still maintaining high accuracy, based on voltage changes to adjust the amount of reagent injected accordingly. When far from the end point, the machine will pump more reagent to shorten the time. When near the end point, the machine will pump less and less to ensure the accuracy of the process.
DETERMINING SIGNAL STABILITY (signal stability)
This feature will monitor and determine signal stability before proceeding with the next pump. This feature will ensure the measured results are always accurate throughout the titration process.
DETERMINING THE EQUIVALENCE POINT OF THE REACTION (equivalence endpoint)
Reaction equivalence point determination is a perfect feature for titrating reactions where the end point of the reaction is unknown, based on determining the largest mV signal increase during a single injection.
Identify multiple equivalence points
HI932 Can determine up to 5 equivalence points in one titration, meeting most requirements of typical methods in the food, textile and pharmaceutical industries.
Determine the order of the titration method
The HI932 can be set up to perform two consecutive titrations on the same sample or perform back titrations for slow reactions.
Many types of titration
Depending on the type of connected electrode, the device can titrate acid-base, redox, complex, precipitate, anhydrous, etc.
SAFE DESIGN: TIn the event of a reagent leak, an external drain system protects the connections on the back of the meter and the internal prevents any liquid from reaching the internal electronics.
BURETTE AND PUMP
EASY TO REPLACE BURETTE
With the Clip-lock burette feature, it only takes a few seconds to replace a new burette into the pump, saving time and minimizing reagent contamination.
DIVERSE BURETTE SIZES
HI932 will be supplied with a 25mL burette
Additionally, the HI932 can use 5mL, 10mL, or 50mL burettes (purchased separately). Each burette consists of a glass cylinder and PTEF plastic plunger.
PIPE AND CYLINDER HAVE HIGH CHEMICAL DURABILITY
– The reagent distribution pipe system is made from flexible and highly chemically resistant material PTFE
– The cylinder is equipped with a polyurethane light cover to protect light-sensitive reagents.
HIGH PRECISION PUMP
Extremely high resolution 40,000-step piston pump capable of pumping reagent volumes as small as 0.125µL.
The pump has an additional option that can be combined with a peristaltic pump to pump more distilled water or chemicals into the sample cup.
DISPLAY
HIGH CONTRAST SCREEN
Large LCD screen, diverse colors, clear image display, helping users easily observe and operate the machine.
DETAILED GRAPH
Real-time graphs are displayed throughout the titration process, which is useful in cases where a new method is being tried or an old method needs to be adjusted.
EASILY SWITCH BETWEEN INTERFACE SCREEN
On-screen virtual selection keys allow users to easily switch between the home screen, real-time graphs, and menus on the fly.
DATA SAVING
Highly customizable reports.
Users can optionally adjust the data to be reported based on their work requirements.
Easily manage GLP information
All GLP information can be customized in different templates: sample information, company, operator, date, month...
Efficient data conversion
Data can be transferred via USB or computer easily via USB cable and HI900PC software.
The USB port is used to transfer reports, titration methods, and upgrade the instrument's software.
CONNECTIVITY FEATURES
Multi-function device
HI932 Can be used as a titrator, pH meter, ORP meter, and ISE meter, helping to save laboratory space, analyzing multiple parameters in just one sample.
Connect Printer and Analytical Balance
Analytical balances with RS232 output can transfer sample weight directly to the meter.
Titration reports can be printed directly from the titrator to the connected printer.
ANALYTICAL METHODS
The method is highly customizable
HI93X can contain up to 100 methods, each of which can be customized and optimized to suit the requirements of each different reaction during use.
