COMPENSATION OF ERRORS BY DRIFT LINE

The highly efficient molecular desiccant mesh helps maintain a low and stable drift rate in the titration cell while preventing the penetration of environmental moisture into the closed solvent system.
DIGITAL STIRRING ARMS
The automatic magnetic stirrer integrated into the titration system is adjustable from 200-2000 rpm with optical feedback for automatic speed control.
The HI934 titration database can store information for up to 20 titrations. The database can be programmed to prompt the user when standardizing titrants, reducing errors in analysis.
REACTION END POINT OPTION
The HI934 uses a dual platinum pin electrode to determine the bivoltammetric endpoint. The user can select the end point based on mV stabilization time or drift current.
OPTIMAL PREPARATION PROCESS
Before titration, the machine automatically removes excess water from the solvent and sample, and calculates the diffuse flow of moist air into the system, providing reliable preparation for analysis. The maintenance mode will then keep the solvent dry between titrations and when the titrator is not in use.
EFFECTIVE SAMPLE HANDLING
The HI934 features a rapid sampling port with a replaceable rubber septum that allows for quick and easy sample introduction into the titration vessel. An integrated magnetic stirrer ensures uniformity for a precise and fast reaction.

Glass and PTFE titration cells and accessories are designed to withstand the harsh solvents and reagents associated with Karl Fischer titrations.

RECOGNIZED HUMIDIFICANT
Reusable, color-indicating silica gel desiccant beads help prevent the penetration of environmental moisture into sealed systems while maintaining full titration functionality. The change in color of the desiccant allows users to recognize when its desiccant capacity is full and needs to be replaced or regenerated.
DATA AND STORAGE SYSTEMS
Sample mass can be automatically entered from any laboratory analytical balance with RS232 serial output.
USB
Data can be easily transferred to a USB flash drive or PC with the Hanna HI900PC application software.
The USB port allows transfer of titration methods, titration reports and software upgrades via a USB flash drive.
Users can print reports directly from the titrator using a compatible printer.
ANALYTICAL METHODS
The HI934 can store up to 100 user-defined or standard titration methods. Each method can be customized and optimized for performance based on application and user requirements.
