A series of checks and tests must be carried out before gas pipelines can be put into operation. The testo 312-4 differential pressure measuring instrument provides measuring procedures for checking the load and air tightness of these gas pipelines. The testo 312-4 also enables the gas line pressure and static pressure to be checked, as well as the setting of the nozzle pressure on a gas burner or boiler.
Measurements carried out with the testo 312-4 differential pressure meter
- Checking of tightness and serviceability by pressure reduction on gas pipelines according to DVGW TRGI 2008
- Load testing on gas pipelines according to DVGW-TRGI 2008 using Testo high pressure probe (optional order)
- Pressure testing on pipes with Testo high pressure probe (optional order)
- Check the gas pressure regulator by recording the measured values over a specified period of time (up to 25,000 measured values)
- Check gas connections and gas line pressure, as well as nozzle pressure settings on gas burners or boilers
Practical features of the testo 312-4 differential pressure meter
The testo 312-4 differential pressure measuring device is extremely convenient for efficient pressure measurement – for example, with pre-set measuring procedures or clear display of measurement results. The Testo fast printer (optional) enables you to print out measurement data directly on site. You can use the easyheat PC software (optional) to transfer and analyse data. In addition, a wide range of measuring probes are available for attachment to the testo 312-4 for various measuring tasks (e.g. high-pressure probes or thermocouple probes for temperature measurement).
Provide cover: Differential pressure meter testo 312-4, batteries and factory test paper.
