Nihon Denji Sokki (J-NDK) UDM-1100 Ultrasonic Thickness Gage Measures Wall Thickness Measures the wall thickness of materials such as steel, plastic and more using ultrasonic technology.

Ideal for measuring the effects of corrosion or erosion on tanks, pipes, or any structure where access is limited to one side.

One-touch measuring of thicknesses of FRP by Ultrasonic waves models measure the metal thickness of a painted structure without having to remove the coating.

• Easily detecting of adhesive/gapping states of the detecting layer inside the outer wall of the SF-double-shell tank from the outer coat (FRP, Fiberglass ReinforcedPlastic) surface

• One-touch measuring of thicknesses of FRP by Ultrasonic waves

• Easy-to-see Digital display even in the darkness with EL lighting

• Capability of easy and quick use for SF-double-shell tank testing

Applications: FRP car bodies and parts, Rubber product, Synthetic resin products, Flaw detection and quality control

Measures the thickness of FRP hulls, aircraft, automobile parts, storage tanks, septic tanks, chimneys, pipes, conveyor belts, rubber products such as tires, and other synthetic resin products.

If internal peeling or cracking occurs during flaw detection and quality control, only the thickness of the upper layer of the measurement surface is displayed.

It is possible to manage and identify product materials by measuring the speed of sound.
