The testo 320 flue gas analyzer is a reliable tool for performing installation and maintenance work on heating systems. It can be used to measure exhaust gas, draft, pressure, ambient CO gas and differential temperature.

The measurement guide menu makes operating the testo 320 simpler and makes your work easier. The high-resolution color screen helps indicators be displayed clearly in all lighting conditions. The flue gas analyzer can store up to 20 measurement protocols. Optional export of measurement protocols to Excel via mini-USB connection.

You can have complete confidence in the quality thanks to: testo 320 is TÜV tested according to EN 50379, Part 1-3 and according to 1st German Federal Immission Control Ordinance (BImSchV), Part 1-2. When you buy the testo 320 exhaust gas meter, you will receive a 2-year warranty (for the device, measuring head, O2 / CO sensor).

Advantages of the testo 320 exhaust gas meter

  • Analysis of exhaust gases on heating systems: The testo 320 is equipped with one O2 sensor and one CO sensor (without H2 compensation). CO measurement range up to 4,000 ppm. You need a probe with an integrated temperature sensor to measure exhaust gases (order option). Thanks to that, relevant emissions measurement parameters can be calculated such as: CO2 value, efficiency and exhaust gas loss. The testo 320 exhaust gas meter is also suitable for measuring smoke flow or pressure
  • Easy to change probe: You can order other probes and easily replace them depending on your flue gas analysis requirements (e.g. multi-hole probe, dual wall clearance probe, flexible flue gas probe)
  • Single pipe connection: in just one simple operation, all channels for flue gas measurement can be connected via the measuring head coupling securely (gas line, draft, temperature probe are integrated in the exhaust gas measuring head , ordering options)
  • Durable and long using time thanks to the Long-life Li-ion rechargeable battery
  • Magnet Integrated back of the machine allows the testo 320 to be attached to the metal surface of the burner/boiler quickly and easily
  • Condensate trap: Can be disassembled and cleaned easily

  • Exhaust gas measurement (focus on gas: combustion gas temperature, exhaust gas temperature, O2, CO and CO2 concentration, exhaust loss, gas/air ratio, efficiency)
  • Gas flow and static pressure (with optional connection hose set to order)
  • Differential temperature measurement to determine the difference between flow and return flow (with optional differential temperature kit)

Note: To be able to perform measurements, you need a compact or modular exhaust gas probe (Order).
