Ideal for professional exhaust gas measurement and analysis on industrial engines, burners, gas turbines and in thermal processes: the testo 350 exhaust gas analyzer can perform an impressive variety of measurement tasks in heavy industry and is also suitable for collecting and analyzing complex data.
The testo 350 exhaust gas meter consists of two main parts:
- Testo 350 control device (detachable) with clear graphic display, allowing you to easily control emissions measurement. Intuitive operation with measurement menus stored in the device when measuring: burners, gas turbines, engines and applications as required by the user. The Control Unit allows remote control of the analyzer even when there is a spatial separation of the sampling head and the installation location – especially recommended for emissions measurements at large plants.
- testo 350 analyzer is what you need to perform emissions measurements, as it contains all the technology including sensors and electronic components. The testo 350 analyzer includes an O gas sensor2 as standard and at least one additional sensor must be connected for commissioning (up to 6 sensors can be used). When connecting optional sensors, you can choose the following gas sensors according to your needs: CO, CO2 , NO, NO2 , S.O2 , H2S or CxHy.
The expansion of the measuring range allows for unlimited measurements, even when the gas is in high concentration. To protect the sensors, range extension (dilution feature) is automatically activated when unexpectedly high gas concentrations occur. The measuring range of a selected sensor can be extended by a specific dilution factor. The easy opening of the underside of the analyzer allows you to service and replace relevant components, such as pumps, filters, etc. Instrument messages are output as extremely simple text. clear and easy to understand.
Use testo 350 analyzer
The analyzer can be operated with the control unit and it can also be used in direct conjunction with a computer and the easyEmission software (via USB, Bluetooth® 2.0 or CANCase). Once programmed, the analyzer can perform measurements and save results independently. In addition, measurement data can be displayed or transmitted directly from the analyzer to the control device or software.
To send measurement reports instantly, you can also use our App (free download) to turn your smartphone or tablet into a display device for the analyzer.
