The testo 105 (HACCP compliant) is commonly used to measure the core temperature of foods such as meat, cheese and jelly. In addition, the testo 105 has an interchangeable probe (standard probe / 200 mm probe for semi-solid media (optional) / probe for frozen foods (optional)). This makes the testo 105 suitable for a wide range of applications: food production, warehouse inspection, catering, kitchens, cold stores and supermarkets.
