The testo 103 penetration thermometer is a compact temperature measuring device – ideal for on-site inspection measurements in the food sector.
The testo 103 food thermometer is only about 11cm long, extremely compact and meets HACCP. You can easily carry the testo 103 with you so you are always ready for any measurement task. testo 103's foldable probe design helps ensure safety for both the device and the user.

The testo 103 thermometer can be used to measure food temperature in places where food is sold, stored or processed. In addition, the testo 103 is ideal for inspection of incoming goods, food services, canteens, commercial kitchens, as well as cold storage rooms and supermarkets. At the same time, testo 103 is also used to ensure that the temperature of food meets regulatory quality standards.
You can still measure temperature with the testo 103 when the probe is opened to just an angle of 30°. This is especially convenient – as it is not always possible to open the probe straight through 180° to comfortably carry out food testing measurements.
Once you have finished measuring, simply fold the probe back and put your testo 103 in your pocket until the next measurement. The testo 103 food thermometer not only meets HACCP and is EN 13485 certified, but is also water resistant making it ideal for use in the food industry.
