Force and mechanical measuring equipment
The JFE TI-120K is a non-destructive, ultrasonic material thickness gauge from a material surface. Measuring range from 0.8 〜 80.0mm can measure narrow, curved variable surfaces (φ 27.2mm) can measure the thickness of products such as bottles and glass cups; stainless steel bottles, plastic bottles....
We have a good reputation in quality and more than 45,000 sets supply records. Ultrasonic thickness gauges are applicable for non-destructive thickness measurement from one side surface.
TI-120K has memory function and statistical processing performance.
Features
Data memory function
Up to 10,000 pieces of data can be stored, making data management easy. (Grouping is also possible.)
Data communication function to PC
Measurement data can be transferred to a computer by connecting a USB cable.
Difference display, upper and lower limit alarm function
The difference between the entered reference value and the measured value is displayed as thickness (mm) and ratio (%).
Statistical Processing
Calculates maximum, minimum, average, and standard deviation for each data group.
Multipurpose
Equipped with a dedicated measurement mode and sensitivity (GAIN) switching function, it is possible to stably measure pipes, aluminum, resin, etc.
Sonic memory function
In addition to the standard 10 types of sound speed, users can freely set and register 5 types of sound speed.
