THE CONVENIENCE OF A COMPACT MAGNETIC STIRRING MACHINE WITH SAVING COSTS

Ideally, when performing electrochemical measurements, the samples to be measured should be stirred. The use of a magnetic stirrer allows for proper mixing and the samples are homogenous in consistency and temperature. Sample agitation also speeds up the response time for a sensor to achieve stable measurement values.

SAFE Speedsafe™ MECHANISM

Often when a laboratory sample is removed from a stirrer before the speed is properly reduced, the machine will speed up more and this will affect the side motors leading to damage to the machine. To control the speed from changes in viscosity or when reducing the load, a speed sensing device (optical sensor) is combined with an FVC (frequency voltage converter) to monitor the stirring speed. . When the speed reaches a preset maximum, the speed limiter turns off the VCO (voltage control oscillator) to slow down the motor speed. This ensures that when the sample is suddenly removed from the stirrer, the motor will not increase speed and pose no danger to the user or the stirrer; a feature not often found in conventional stirrers.

COMPACT, LIGHTWEIGHT, COST-SAVING DESIGN

Compact and lightweight, easy to use in laboratory environments. Limited space on the laboratory table is no longer a concern because of the availability of durable, space-saving magnetic stirrers. The LED power indicator light helps users know that the stirrer is operating from afar.

STAINLESS STEEL CASE

HI200M stirrer is equipped with AISI 316 stainless steel shell on ABS body. Ideal shell for applications where exothermic reactions occur. AISI 316 steel is known to be resistant to chloride corrosion.

PROTECTION FUSE

For safety, in the event of a short circuit, the HI200M is equipped with a replaceable fuse. The machine's electrical circuits will be further protected.
