ROTATE THE REAGE TUBE
During the measurement phase, the modern rotator rotates the reagent tube to identify the method via the barcode, then rotates while taking several absorbance measurements. The device then converts the readings to concentration units and displays the results on the LCD screen.

With the compact design of its advanced optical system, Iris can be used in any space for accurate and consistent results. The beam splitting optics system allows Iris to automatically compensate for any drift in the light source for the highest accuracy.
Iris is pre-programmed with more than 103 common chemical analysis methods. To update these methods, simply connect to a computer or flash drive.
Customize Iris with up to 100 individual methods. Iris walks you through the method creation process step-by-step. For added flexibility, each method can include up to 10 calibration points, 5 different wavelengths, and up to 5 reaction timers.
Easily access your favorite methods directly from the home screen to save time.
Timer for consistency in measurement. A countdown timer displays the time remaining until a measurement is taken, ensuring consistent results between measurements and users. If you encounter difficulties, the tutorial mode will assist you step by step.
EASILY CHANGE PATTERN SIZE AND SHAPE
With a universal cuvette measurement cavity and automatic recognition feature, cuvette size can be changed as needed.
The pre-programmed cuvette size will be displayed on the screen each time to ensure that the path length is appropriate for the machine when calculating the measurement for accurate results.

The HI802-02 comes with 3 types of adapters for cuvette shapes: 16 mm round, 10 mm square, and 13 mm tube. 22 mm round and 50 mm rectangular cuvettes do not require an adapter, just place directly into the measurement chamber.

HIGH LAMP LIFE
Iris uses tungsten-halogen lamps for energy savings, longer lifespan, and improved light quality for a variety of wavelengths.
Replacement lamps can be purchased separately.
