Mitutoyo 103-129 mechanical outside micrometer
The Mitutoyo 103-129 mechanical outside micrometer is a length measuring instrument based on the principle of using screw threads to measure linear distance, developed from the design of Gascoigne in 1638 and J. Palmer in 1848.
Advantages of Micrometer Mitutoyo 103-129
Material and design: Manufactured using modern Japanese technology, the panme frame is electrostatically painted at temperatures above 65°C (150°F), making the paint surface shiny and durable. Some product lines have measuring heads coated with anti-abrasive coating (carbide) for high durability.
Dimensions and Accuracy: Compact design with measuring range from 0 – 25 mm, division 0.001 mm and accuracy ±2 µm. Suitable for measuring length, outer diameter of parts and material thickness in engineering industries such as construction, mechanical engineering, molds, automobiles, furniture.
Box and accessories: Packed in a plastic or wooden box, which helps protect the device better and is convenient for storage and transportation. Equipped with a sliding lever for stable measuring force, easy to use and ensures accurate measurement results.
Correction: The standard shaft and accompanying accessories support the calibration of standard parameters, helping the device operate stably and ensuring measurement accuracy.
Notes when using Panme Mitutoyo 103-129
Preserve: Keep the micrometer in a dry place, away from moisture and high humidity. Check regularly and calibrate to ensure accuracy.
Use: Do not use the micrometer to measure rotating or moving parts. Avoid dropping the micrometer on hard surfaces.
Toilet: Keep the micrometer free of dust and dirt on the two measuring heads. After use, clean the two measuring heads with a clean, dust-free paper or a suitable cleaning solution, then wipe dry with a clean, dust-free paper.
Storage: Place the micrometer in the correct position in the case after use to avoid damage due to impact.
