Advantages of Micrometer Mitutoyo 103-143-10
Material and durability: Made from sturdy, rust-free and durable materials, making the product durable for long-term use.
High precision: Measuring range 150-175mm, division 0.01mm, and accuracy ±4µm provide accurate and reliable measurement results.
Various applications: Suitable for measuring technical parameters of equipment, materials, or machinery in many industries such as mechanics, construction, and manufacturing.
How to use Mitutoyo Micrometer
Motion test: Rotate the full measuring range to check that the auxiliary scale moves easily without jamming or deforming.
Clean before measuring: Clamp a piece of lint-free paper between the static measuring head and the moving shaft, slowly pull the paper out to remove any dirt on the measuring surface.
Create measuring pressure: When measuring, hold the micrometer with your left hand and turn the ratchet wheel with your right hand to apply continuous pressure 3 to 5 times, ensuring a strong and accurate zero point.
Ensure consistency: Keep the center line of the two jaws aligned with the size of the object to be measured.
When removing the micrometer: Turn the lock nut (lock lever) to secure the moving measuring head before removing the micrometer from the measuring object.
How to preserve Mitutoyo Panme
Check and clean: Always inspect the micrometer before and after use. Wipe off dust and dirt with a soft dry cloth. If the instrument becomes contaminated with dirt or water, take anti-rust measures.
Storage: Do not store the instrument in rooms with high temperature, humidity, dust, or steam. When storing for a long time, use a cloth soaked in anti-rust oil and gently wipe the parts on the micrometer.
