Mitutoyo 104-145A mechanical outside micrometer (600-700mm)
Outside Micrometers are a type of length measuring instrument that works on the principle of using screw threads to measure linear distances. The invention originated with Gascoigne in 1638, with the “U” shaped frame of the modern Micrometer being developed by French inventor J. Palmer, who received a patent in 1848, marking the beginning of the modern Micrometer.
The Mitutoyo 104-145A mechanical outside micrometer is designed with a measuring range of 600 - 700mm and a division of 0.01mm. This product is very suitable for measuring the length, outside diameter of parts and material thickness in engineering industries such as construction, mechanical engineering, molds, automobiles, furniture, with high accuracy.
Advantages of Mitutoyo mechanical outside micrometer
Advanced production technology: Panme is manufactured using modern Japanese technology, with the frame painted with electrostatic powder at temperatures above 65°C (150°F), helping the paint surface to be shiny and increasing the durability and adhesion of the paint layer.
Sophisticated and durable design: The panme has a compact and sophisticated design, with two measuring heads coated with anti-wear coating (carbide) to increase durability and prolong usage time. The product is contained in a plastic or wooden box, convenient for storage and transportation.
High precision: The panme is equipped with a sliding latch for constant measuring force, making it easy for users to use the device and ensuring accurate measurement results and high stability. The standard shaft and accompanying accessories make it easy to calibrate standard parameters, ensuring the device operates stably and accurately during the measurement process.
