Mitutoyo Mechanical Connecting Rod Inside Micrometer 50-300mm
Inside Micrometers are a length measuring instrument based on the principle of using screw threads to measure linear distances, originating from Gascoigne's invention in 1638. Mitutoyo inside micrometers are manufactured using modern Japanese technology with many options such as measuring range, accuracy, measuring speed, measuring unit mm-inch, and data entry method after measurement, suitable for many different requirements of customers.
Advantages of Micrometer for measuring inside diameter
Material and design: Mitutoyo 137-202 mechanical micrometer is manufactured with modern Japanese technology. The micrometer frame is electrostatically painted at temperatures above 65°C (150°F), helping the paint surface to be shiny, increasing durability and paint adhesion.
Size and application: Designed as a connecting tube with a measuring range of 50 - 300 mm and a division of 0.01 mm, this micrometer is suitable for measuring the length and inner diameter of round parts in technical industries such as construction, mechanical engineering, molds, automobiles, and furniture, with high accuracy.
Extended features: The micrometer in the extension tube type can expand the measuring range when combining the main micrometer head and connecting rods, making it possible to measure different diameters flexibly and quickly.
Preserve: The panme is contained in a plastic or wooden box, which helps protect the device better and is convenient for storage and transportation.
Notes when using Micrometer for internal measurement
Preserve: Micrometers should be stored in dry places, away from moisture and high humidity. Regularly check and calibrate to ensure accuracy.
Use: Do not use the micrometer to measure rotating or moving parts. Avoid dropping the micrometer on the floor, workshop floor or hard surfaces.
Toilet: Always keep the micrometer free of dust and dirt on the two measuring heads. Clean the surface of the two measuring heads before and after use with a clean, dust-free paper or RP7 solution. Then wipe again with a clean, dust-free paper.
Storage: Do not store the micrometer with other repair and processing tools to avoid damage due to collision. After use, remove the connecting rods and micrometer heads, clean them, and place them in the correct position in the box for storage.
