Material and design: Mitutoyo 145-185 micrometer is manufactured with modern Japanese technology. The micrometer frame is electrostatically painted at temperatures above 65°C (150°F), helping the paint surface to be shiny and increasing the durability and adhesion of the paint layer.
Size and application: Designed with a measuring range of 5 - 30 mm, a division of 0.01 mm and an accuracy of ±5 µm, this micrometer is suitable for measuring the length and inner diameter of round parts in engineering industries such as construction, mechanical engineering, molds, automobiles, and furniture with high accuracy.

Notes When Using Inside Micrometers
Preserve: Micrometers should be stored in dry places, away from moisture and high humidity. Regularly check and calibrate to ensure accuracy.
Use: Do not use the micrometer to measure rotating or moving parts. Avoid dropping the micrometer on the floor, workshop floor, machine belt, or other hard surfaces.
Toilet: Always keep the micrometer free of dust and dirt on the two measuring heads. Clean the surface of the two measuring heads before and after use with a clean, dust-free paper or RP7 solution, then wipe again with a clean, dust-free paper.
Storage: Do not store the micrometer with other repair and processing tools to avoid damage due to collision. After use, remove the connecting rods and micrometer heads, clean them and place them in the correct position in the box for storage.
