Mitutoyo 145-190 Mechanical Micrometer

Range and Accuracy: This micrometer has a measuring range of 125 – 150 mm, a division of 0.01 mm, and an accuracy of ±9 µm, suitable for measuring the inside diameter of pipes, gaps, and grooves in engineering industries such as construction, mechanical engineering, molds, automobiles, and furniture.
Material and Design: Manufactured with modern Japanese technology, the panme frame is electrostatically painted at temperatures above 65°C (150°F), making the paint surface shiny and increasing durability. The two measuring heads are coated with wear-resistant carbide, helping to prolong the life of the device.
User Manual
How to Measure: To ensure consistent measuring force, always use a ratchet stopper. Place the measuring surface and the sample in light contact, then use your finger to rotate the ratchet stopper about 3 to 5 times to achieve the appropriate measuring force.
Care and Cleaning: To ensure the micrometer is always in the best condition, store it in a dry place, away from moisture. Clean the measuring surface with clean, dust-free paper or a suitable cleaning solution after use and store it in a proper box.
