Measuring Range and Accuracy: Designed with a measuring range of 40 – 50 mm, accuracy of ±3 µm and display of 0.001 mm, ensuring accurate and reliable measurement.
Material and Design: The base is made of low thermal expansion tool steel, together with a titanium coated probe, providing high durability and effective impact resistance.
LCD Screen: The impact-resistant LCD display with 7.4 mm character height improves the ability to read results quickly and accurately, reducing measurement errors.
Standard Ring and Extension Bar: These optional accessories support standard parameter calibration for micrometers, helping the device operate stably and ensuring measurement accuracy with different hole depths.
Battery and Energy Saving Function: Uses Hg-free SR44 battery, protects the environment and prolongs the service life. The device also has low voltage warning and measurement hold functions.
Automatic Function: The auto On/Off function saves energy by turning the device off after 20 minutes of inactivity and automatically turning it back on when the spindle is rotated.
