Measuring Range and Accuracy: Measuring range from 50 – 63 mm with accuracy ±3 µm and display 0.001 mm, ensuring high accuracy and stability during measurement.
Material and Design: The base is designed with low thermal expansion coefficient tool steel and titanium coated probe, providing high durability and good impact resistance.
LCD Screen: Impact-resistant LCD display with 7.4 mm character height improves readability quickly and accurately, reducing errors in reading data.
Accessories and Adjustments: The reference ring and probe extension bar are optional accessories that support the calibration of standard parameters for micrometers, helping to maintain stability and accuracy when measuring different hole depths.
Battery and Energy Saving Function: Using SR44 battery which does not contain Hg, protects the environment and prolongs the service life of the device. Low voltage warning and measurement result hold functions are also equipped.
Automatic Function: The auto On/Off function saves energy by automatically turning the device off after 20 minutes of inactivity and automatically turning it back on when the spindle is rotated.
