Instructions for use and storage:
- Preserve: Place the ruler in a dry place, away from moisture and high humidity. Avoid storing the ruler with other tools to avoid damage due to collision. Do not place the ruler on top of other tools or place other tools on top of the ruler to avoid warping.
- Use: Do not measure when the object is rotating or moving. Avoid dropping the ruler on the floor, workshop floor, machine bench, or other hard surfaces. Always keep the ruler clean, wipe with a clean cloth and apply specialized oil or RP7 solution after use.
- Correction: After installing the battery, bring the two jaws of the caliper close together and hold down the Origin button for 6 seconds until the screen shows 0.00 mm. When not in use, press the On/Off button to turn off the power and store the caliper in the plastic box.
- Special Note: Do not use the ruler in an environment where water or oil directly affects it. If the ruler gets wet or oiled, remove the battery cover and take out the battery immediately, use a hair dryer or steam to dry the battery cover. When the screen is dim and the letter B flashes, replace the ruler with a new battery.
